Out of Hospital

So I ended up only spending 2 and a half days in the hospital this time instead of the 4 and a half with the last jaw surgery. No problems this time thankfully and I seem to be able to open my mouth a bit,  unlike last time where I really couldn't open it at all, but that could be from taking Oxycodone stopping the pain. Now my whole face is numb not just one side :p Looks like I went 10 rounds with Tyson tho :p Pic below of cut, not really bloody or anything, just looks bad but first have a happy puppy :D

And look away now if you don't

  1. OH Jen, you poor thing! I hope you have a fast recovery and that this will be the last jaw surgery for you. I have to say though that the suture job looks nice and neat.

    1. thanks Kathryn :) I'm glad we bought a good blender, a cheap one would probably die after a few days at the rate we are using it lol

  8. Even the puppies didn't ameliorate the horror of it all. You poor thing, I am pleased you are not in as much pain and that you can open your mouth this time. I remember the awfulness of not being able to last time. Very nice stitches.
I hope you are lying in bed and you have a bell to ring for tea and soft boiled egg and bread soldiers. And Sky!!!
