Hit the Deck

So fall pretty hard today, not sure why, but I did and of course I hit the kitchen counter on the way down. I've either just twisted my back muscles, bruised my side or cracked a few ribs. Betting on the latter since this is the most pain I have ever been in, even more than when had I jaw surgery. At the moment, pain meds are my best friend and so is chocolate, migraine be damned.

Some people might not know what a Crunchie bar is, you could get them in Canada and here. A lot of the chocolate bars you could get in Canada you can get here, even tho you don't get a Mr.Big bar

  1. Ouch! So sorry about the fall and the pain. May the painkillers never lose their effectiveness! And may you never run out of chocolate bars.
    Hang-in there, Jennifer.
    Sincerely,

  4. Ouch! hope the back/ribs heal soon. I used to love chocolate as a kid/teenager but then went off it and I doubt I eat more than 3 or 4 chocolate bar/biscuits per year now ... but I love crisps/nuts/bombay mix type stuff which probably has far more calories and fewer nutrients! Suex

  7. Oh, I am sooo sorry!!!! Please take care - and if the pain doesn't subside, see a doc, please! I think the Crunchie bars are what I discovered in Australia - are they the ones with the honeycomb center? I LOVED those and brought home several in my bags :) YUM!
