Sunday Sketches

Left handed sketch #98 is supposed to be a White Tailed Eagle. Sort of hard trying to draw a flying bird in this pose angle, but its still practice and looks like some kind of bird lol

A tall ostrich for #99, much easier to draw left handed.

  5. Beautiful left handed sketches. Someone mentioned it was easier to see and get proportions correct when drawing with the left hand. I have started to do some face sketches using left hand first to get proportions and then going on to use my right had to make any corrections. It is way faster and less stressful to use the left hand for initial sketching, I find.

  7. Brilliant left-handed sketches...I mean there's no question what they are, which is definitely not how they'd be if I attempted a left-hand sketch! I dread to think ;D

  10. I love your sketches, Jennifer, and thanks for linking to the White Tailed Eagle! It was fun learning more about it and how it's the largest prey in the UK. Fascinating. :) Hope you're having a great week!
