Harris Hawk Update #4

I've been feeling kind of blagh the last few days, so haven't done a whole lot on the hawk but I am slowly managing to work on the back feathers. The pose the bird is in might be starting to make sense more now, but does still look odd.

A close up of the most recently finished section.

I know in your mind you have the whole picture, in the same way sculptors say they are chipping away the stone to reveal the work, not actually making it. It is so detailed and that bird looks ready to pounce! Feel better soon.
