Random Pigments

I got these for free a few years ago and have done nothing with them. Mostly because I don't know what binder I need for them or if it really matters. I should do some more research to see what I need to figure out what binder I need or if it doesn't matter and I can use the pigments for any type of paint. I've never actually made paint before so would like to try eventually.
