Fuzzydragons

For some reason I find parrot eyes really hard to colour. I have no idea why, should be no different then colouring other bird eyes. This eye still needs work, unless I crumple it up and start again :p

   Hard to see, but the big cat now has whiskers :) And now to start on the parrot :)

Coughing up a storm, my back is starting to hurt from all the coughing :/ Keep losing my voice, either I can't speak, sound really hoarse, or sound like a squeaky dog toy :p So all this coughing makes creating any kind of art hard; no energy to do anything, and having to stop every few minutes to cough doesn't help. Could have happened at a better time since the graded unit for college was due this week, (finished thankfully), and there are a few things I need to finish for the year. Its very frustrating because last year I was hardly sick at all, this year it has been nothing but one sickness after another. I mentioned today that its very frustrating because I do miss out on any feedback from the tutors. Just get this year passed to go onto next year and cross my fingers I don't keep getting sick. So the stencils I had cut out finally broke, so I just tossed them onto a piece of paper I was using to clean the roller off. A bit of a happy accident were they fell in sp...

  Using a grid to draw something can be a touchy subject for some people.Some view it as cheating, other see it as a tool. I am in the using it as a tool group. When I really can't get something right, I use a grid to help. After trying about a dozen times, I couldn't get the angle of the parrots beak right, so decided to grid the photo. Breaking large areas down to smaller ones, does help a lot when I just can't seem to draw that day :p

  I really wish I had of used Mylar for these now since a few piece of the dragon have ripped :( Still usable, but I have to be really careful with them since I am not done with them. They just need to last another week *crosses fingers*

  The start of another tiger :p This might take awhile since there will be a background, and I can already tell from the photo I need to adjust the nose, and fix the pupil of one of the eyes... pretty much shift the angle of everything :p This tiger will finally have whiskers, needed to get some paint and finally found some today. *crosses fingers I don't get paint everywhere*

  I prefer Shakira when she sings in Spanish, think she sounds a little too much like a goat singing English. 

  Think its finished, yay :D I was going to add a background, still might but I like having the paper colour show up(some might just call it laziness :p). oh wait, it isn't finished. Need whiskers :p

Managed to get a few more hours of work on the tiger, mostly white and grey areas left. Will probably put a light background on this, need to separate the tiger more from the background colour. Can people tell me if a site I have been making loads slow for them or not? http://www.fuzzydragons.com

Started to work on the muzzle area, pretty happy with how it is looking at the moment :)
