Draft Horse Update #3

Small update on the draft horse. Hopefully get more finished tomorrow and get a scan of it instead of a photo at 10:30 at night when the lighting is crappy :p Need to add a bit more Port colour to the muzzle to give it some more pinkish colour, but not too much that his nose is bright pink.

  1. You really are a very talented artist Jennifer, great job on this one :-) I like the color already, the drawing looks so realistic.

Thank you for all your comments in my posts. I appreciate your taking the time to visit my blog and leaving messages. That is very kind of you, Jennifer. I think we're the reverse of each other when it comes to creepy statues, lol.

  5. I am very afraid of horses, so I like to just look at paintings and pictures., Your horse looks kind and not the type to bite my hand. I am never sure how to offer horses some carrots- donkeys are nicer!!

    1. they are just like big dogs, just hurts a bit more if one steps on your foot ;) donkeys are more aggro actually lol, way more cranky then most horses. usually palm flat with the carrot on your palm, unless you know the horse will just take it from you by holding it, generally safer tho just on your palm :)
