So I might be going back to Canada for 2 weeks in July. My mother is getting married. Which is just odd. Thats all I could say on the phone :p, that this is odd. She swore up and down she would never get married again but I guess after 11 years with the guy she changed her mind when he asked.

Its not a definite thing (and Mr.F isn't going to be coming because of lack of funds :/), need to find out a bit more about the flight and find travel insurance, which isn't cheap :/ £134 o.0 ouch

I want to try to take my laptop. I would go through withdrawls without it :p Actually its mostly so I can back up any photos I take because we only have the one memory card now that the other one is fried.

Last time I flew I was so full of medication for air sickness I was probably drooling :p

  3. I can post some bigger pictures if you want to sketch them Ann. Just let me know, I have a lot of them floating around and will probably take more tomorrow :)

We were in Canada in 2007, went to Ontario so John could get his PR card for Canada. I haven't been back to Alberta since January 2005 (when it was freezing :p). Shouldn't be cold in July but the weather in Alberta is very odd :p I will let her know of the congratulations :)

horrible long flight and terrible cost..... I was in England in '05 .... I don't know why it has to be so darned expensive.

yeh.... you know Alberta weather well..we just had snow...a friend's wedding in Agust was snowed upon a few years back... it's just weird here in the foothills...

are expecting more rain/snow showers today...

I love the rhodos. We do not get many of them in Ottawa although this Spring has been perfect for them-long, damp and cool. They were prolific on Vancouver Island where I grew up and I think that my parents were a little obsessed by them so we went to every well known Azalea and Rhodo garden around.
