Its not supposed to look evil, its supposed to be cute and fluffy. It shouldn't look like it will eat you :p

    Helh heh, does he have teeth too (I'd go with that), but IF you want cute and fluffy, a little eraser on the upper eye would do the trick.

    I think he is good just the way he is. You see cute and fluffy swan babies all the time.... but one with a bit of an attitude... now that is special! :)
