Finished Poster

At least I think I am finished. I could probably create another half dozen ideas right now, but should stop while I'm ahead. I can always go back and make them later when I don't have anything to do.

Might be a little vague to a person who hasn't read the book, but Moby Dick is a classic that even if a person hasn't read it, they have a rough idea what it is about.

  1. It has been a long while since I read that book, but I remember the general theme. Love your poster! Subtle yet strong.

  3. Ahoy Jennifer,
This is a great poster. It would definitely make me want to read the book with that ominous (but not too ominous) harpoon so prominently placed.
    Great work!
    Sincerely,

  4. LOVE the harpoon on the old-style handwriting! Beautifully done! I read the book, and saw both versions of the movie [and I always cheer for the whale].
The fuzzy gosling thanks you - he thinks he's pretty cute, too.
As for the car accident, the most damage was to the cars - some dings and dents. I am feeling better :)

Glad the cars took most if the damage, still a pain in the butt and that is good you are feeling better :)

  6. thanks :) the handwriting font is called exmouth and should be found here :) (if I did the coding right for linking)

Moby Dick is a pretty hefty book, but worth a read if you make it threw it :)
