365 Skethes #146

A pair of nail clippers for the dog. Its better to use nail clippers like this for your dog, rather then the guillotine type as they are easier to control and are less likely to cut the quick in the nail. You don't want to do that, freaks the dog out and gets blood everywhere if it is really bad.

And a very basic sketch for an umbrella that I want to vector. I don't need a sketch to use Illustrator but it certainly helps to have something to work from.

Love your nail clippers. Need one like that for myself!
I use the umbrella for a sunshade at the moment - very hot and bright here.
Hope you are feeling well and creative.

Digital allows for some considerable creativity. Does your mind go into a different great than when holding a pen or brush?
Thanks for the info on the clippers. Trying to think what the guillotine type is. I bet it is what my hubby uses. It looks like a metal smile at the cutting end?
I use small scissors, but they are not very satisfactory as I age.

We are watching with great interest the Brexit situation.

I don't know if my mind goes into a different place, it must since its more technical and I have to remember how to do certain things lol

the guillotine ones are like a sliding blade, tend to look like this
