This is an African harrier-hawk, birds with double jointed knees it seems.
Tiny, tiny, tiny bird called a Firecrest (love the name). I've never seen one before since they live down south. I wish we could put up a bird feeder to attract more birds, but there are way too many cats around here and they would just use it as a dinner table.

It’s fantastic how you captured the typical silhouette of the hawk. Both birds are remarkable!
