Entertaining, but predictable. Full of characters that are huge stereotypes, but that works for this novels adventures.. The young nervous doing it for love type. The shoot at everything that moves type but with a heart of gold. The scientist that is ridiculed by his peers, wants to prove everyone wrong and gets mad and aggressive to the people that don't believe him. Its amusing to see all the characters interact actually since they are such stereotypes written to the extreme.

Interesting...is the movie by the same title based on this book?
