 Do you know how hard it was to find photos of narwals that were not either stuffies or didn't have watermarks on them? Hard :/ Which makes sense since they live in freezing cold water. Not many people are wiling to dive in that to get some photos. I've always thought narwals were cool animals, with the long tooth sticking out of the front of their heads, unicorns in disguise :p

    Watched an Alaskan doco recently where they were hunting narwhales. Very Sad, but necessary.

    I love narwals! I actually saw a skeleton in a shop window the other day (taxidermy) but doubted it was a narwal as it had 2 large bones sticking out and I always pictured it as one... Now I see 2 pieces sticking out in the last picture as well! Cool!
