Fuzzydragons

A couple of white flowers for today. Looked really nice surronded by the orange and yellow flowers. Type of rose maybe? I can't remember lol

Me at less then one with my Uncle, (one of dad's brothers) before he broke his neck and ended up in a wheelchair. I was a very pudgy kid lol I just noticed you can see my extra finger in the photo, there are not many around where you can count my fingers :p

People are probably sick of seeing daisies lol This is probably the last of the photos of them for awhile since they are starting to die now. You can tell its turning into Fall, not that we had much of a Summer before it tho :p Nice bright oranges and reds :) Not sure why the petals are bent, there were a few of them like this, very strange. Last one, I promise.

Duthie Park in Aberdeen is a nice place to spend an afternoon, well maybe not on a day like today tho. Anyone have a boat we can borrow? Lots of pretty plants and flowers to see and lots of green space to have a picnic if you want, but again not on a rainy day like today unless you want your tea to float away... I have no idea what most of these plants are, just know they are pretty. Start with the cacti, some in flower, some not but I do remember they had all kinds of different ones to look at. I should know what these are, did plant some a few years ago but can't remember what they are called. (John says they are Zinnias)   More pretty flowers, love the patterns on them. (petunias?) And Koi! big ones too. We need some nice weather so we can go back there an take some new photos and see what is flowering now.

More of the inlaws lilies, they have a lot of them of different types. Another grey week, what happened to the hot weather we were supposed to have? :p I want to go to the beach at least once before I have to go back to Uni lol I don't know what kind of flower this is, but it is pretty. And another Livingstone daisy. I can't get enough of the colours they come in. One of my lilies in the backyard, I only have a few but they are getting bigger. Close up showing a lot of detail. I need to gets some more photos of this with my other lens and see how much detail I can get with it. It is a closer lens this the one that was used to take these photos, so should get more detail.

Says 1985, London, (Ontario,  not the UK) on the back of this photo. My sister on the left, my dad's brother in the middle and then me. Dad's brother broke his neck and ended up paralyzed and in a wheelchair, not 100% sure how he broke his neck because I get different stories from anyone I ask. But anyway, he ended up doing a lot actually and living a lot longer than the doctors thought he would. Still painted with a paintbrush on his forehead. John found an article awhile ago that mentioned him and what he had done, but can't seem to find it, will keep looking. This is obvs. the same place as the last photo, dad's mom's place since we are wearing the same outfits and I still have pigtails. Which I still do a lot these days :p

Can't remember if I posted this before, I know I didn't post the photos since they are new. For a Uni project we had to create a dystopia or a utopia  and then something from that world.I created a  planet were squirrels are the dominant species, but its still a tribal civilization and different squirrel species fight each other. I think I just wanted to draw/create something cute lol He has a little spear :p Made a little table and lined the inside with what ever twigs I could find in the winter :p

To John :) The Lab is Molly, 14 and every time she sees John she rushes, (well tries to rush) over to John so she can get a scratch. The other day John was sitting on the grass and she climbed into his lap, and of course I didn't have my camera.

This times its John in the snow. Could probably make a really bad Game of Thrones joke somehow out of this but wouldn't make any sense if you haven't read/seen any Game of Thrones stuff. :p Not sure of age, 2, 3?? And its called a "sledge" here not a sled, confused me at first :p

So since John is taking a welding class at college, there are a few welding helmets laying around, so we were able to see the eclipse today and we were lucky, the weather was perfect here for it. He took a filter from a mask and took some green photos of the eclipse, which look neat. And without a filter, eyes closed I am assuming since he can still see :p

On the back it says visiting my sister in 1984, I look impressed lol

Me at...almost brand new?? You can see my extra little finger on my hand here, doesn't look like much but it left a pretty long scar.

Me with dad's parents. Now I didn't even know this photo existed and didn't know my grandfathers on either side, as both died when I was around 3/4?  I don't even know if dad remembers this photo. Will have to send him a copy along with the ones of his brother I know he doesn't have copies of. I think dad def. looks like his mom. His dad had webbed feet, and was in the Navy :p I have been trying to make a blanket with that crochet pattern in the back but can't figure out the pattern :p
