Dropping in to Say Hi
Finished the parrot :) I think it looks cute and colourful. Now onto something more realistic (thats the plan anyway :p)
Been messing around with QR codes and made one for the site.
So if you have a smartphone or a QR reader is should link to here :) (its works on Mr.Fs phone, but might depend on your phone). If it doesn't work, can you please let me know what you are using to try and read it :) Thanks
I've got a bog standard pay-as-you-go antique phone so haven't a clue about QR codes (I'm such a dinosaur) :o)
ReplyDeleteNice parrot!
ReplyDeleteI have a smart phone but don't really know much about using the 'codes' reader.
I'm another dinosaur but it is all good. The bird is indeed cute and colourful! Delightful!!! And no poutine, girlfriend that is a pity!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteCan't help you with the code, I have a very plain and ordinary old fashioned mobile that can just ring up and text. Love your bird!!
ReplyDeleteHi Jennifer,
ReplyDeleteYour parrot turned out great!
Hugs
Lovely parrot.
ReplyDeleteSorry don't know anything about codes. Like Sue I am a dinosaur lol!
Parrot looks great! :-)
ReplyDeleteMy phone doesn't have the capability, but, when hubby gets home, we'll try the iPhone. I think you need and app....
thanks everyone :)
ReplyDeleteserena, its not hard :) most apps have a help info. its just like taking a photo, but you don't click, it reads it when you tell it to scan :)
thanks michelle, yep should work with an iphone :)
Very cute! But I don't have a cell-phone and cannot test. I've seen those things everywhere. Your blog wonderfully excepted, but I can't imagine wanting to point my phone at, say, a bank ad, so they can lob more advertising at me. Are you going to paste your code on mail boxes on and utility poles? Now I'm thinking that would be a super cool way to promote your art...sorry for being long-winded here.
