Its actually very tempting to just hint at the lioness and not actually colour all of her fur. Have it so she looks like she is coming out of the paper. I will probably colour all of the fur tho, she has a really nice red gold coat.

    Oh, it is tempting to not do all the fur...maybe do a bit of shading behind her to knock the background back? This is gorgeous Jen, I really love it and I'm sure whatever you decide it will be great!

      the background in the photo is a blurry background with lots of greens, looks all right in the photo but i dont think it would work here. so need to decide on what to do with the background, something blurry probably :p
