A Lovely Gift

Another etching but this time only tiny, and on a new type of plate for me. A lovely women and fellow artist, K Rolina, sent me a lot of unused plates so I could try them. They are the very thin,clear and flexible type.

After I figured out not to use the same amount of pressure I use when working on plexi-glass, the plate was easy to etch on but a little harder to get a good gradient on. But that could just be me and how I am use to working.

I am going to have so many different plates to print once I get a press built or can use the one at uni :p
