February Book Wrap Up
Only managed to finish 5 books in February, well only 4 really, one was just too bad to finish.
Choke by Chuck Palahniuk
My rating: 3 of 5 stars
uh... odd just very odd. Not sure what to think about it actually lol
Station Eleven by Emily St. John Mandel
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
Thought this did a pretty good job with the story of what would happen to the world/people after a pandemic and the panic people feel before things end. I think the only thing that really let it down was the ending, pretty anticlimactic.
Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas
My rating: 1 of 5 stars
I tried to finish this but its just a bad book, poor plot and even the characters were poorly written.
so now I need to read an extra book this year to make up for this one :/
Fatherland by Robert Harris
My rating: 2 of 5 stars
Very predictable and I felt like the only reason it was written as the Nazi's having "won" the war was just to get people to read the book because it doesn't really have much going for it. Weak pot, and even weaker characters.
Alice in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
nice entertaining short read that doesn't make sense in places but thats the point :p
No word of the week from either country today since both of us are sick as dogs and I can't stop coughing :(

There are weird bugs going round here too, no coughing,. but headaches and wooziness. Feel better soon. I have stuck with Maas through to book4. I just want it to be over.
