Flower Friday

Didn't forget about flowers for today :) Some pretty Nasturtiums, which can grow everywhere if you are not careful :p Apparently you can eat them without any problems as long as you haven't sprayed them with chemicals. Maybe in a salad?

And a big bee hanging out on one of the in-laws lilies :) One of those shots where I wish I had the current camera when it was taken, could get a lot more detail now.

  3. Yes, in a salad or you dip them in egg white and then in caster sugar to make decorations for a cake. I have a tonne f growing by the hydro box, I think they smell awful though. We used to pinch the tip off the bottom and drink the liquid inside, it's amazing I made it to adulthood!!!

    1. h good idea for decorations, would add a lot of colour to a cake :) yeah not very nice smelling, which if why I think people usually plant them around nicer smelling plants lol maybe the liquid helped you reach adulthood ;)
