Sunday Sketches

I am going to try to draw one thing everyday for 365 days. I might not finish, but its worth a try and will be good practice. I am going to set a 5 minute time limit so that means I will have to focus on the main shapes to get a sketch done. They might not all be good sketches, some might be garbage, but I will still post them.

Ah, what a charming dragon! So cute! Wonderful idea to draw so much and set a time limit. I enjoy 29 faces in February and September and I've thought about extending a similar challenge to myself at some point...

What a great idea for a challenge Jennifer! I love your little dragon - you're off and running and have made a great start!

Love your little dragon. Good for you to set a challenge for yourself. I find that even if I can only take time for a quick doodle, I feel like I've accomplished something!

Well, I sure like this one - cute and probably a gentle giant :). Good for you, making this challenge for yourself!

Great goal. I'm sure you'll do it. What do you want out of it?

Great sketch of your cute dragon Jennifer, I look forward to seeing all of your sketches. I think it's a great idea.
I took part in InkTober and although initially I thought I might not manage to draw every day, to my surprise I did plus I had a great fun too. Good Luck!

hmm probably better hand eye coordination and to not lose being able to draw by hand since a lot of the stuff at uni is done on a computer :)

This is wonderful, Jennifer. I LOVE this dragon. For some reason, this one, I just want to scoop up and hug. haha Not sure a dragon would go for that. :)

Good luck with your challenge and that little dragon had a wicked grin in my opinion!! I know writers are urged to just write, so I expect artist should just 'art'.

lol thanks Alexandra :) probably wouldnt like the hug lol

thanks Cindy :) yep, every artist should just create art, even if its junk in the end :)
