365 Sketches #34

A piece of driftwood. Sometimes the beaches are full of driftwood, but of course the days I go to look for some for a project, there is none to be found.

  1. Love this sketch! It does sometimes seem to be easier to find things when not looking...

  3. Looks a bit like a bone, too :) I wish I lived somewhere close to a beach to pick up treasures now and again - nothing here but leaves and branches and acorns...of course, those are treasures, too; I'm just a little jealous of anyone living close to the sea.

    1. the North Sea is about 20 minutes away, nice sandy beaches but the water can be a bit cold, and dead jellyfish and the occasional whale :/ (a whale bone would be great to have tho :p)
