A pair of pointy tweezers. Should have used coloured pens for this sketch since they are shiny and purple  :p

Teeth update: Keep taking the antibiotics I am already on, take more pain killers, see him on Thursday to get the filling that fell out fixed, unless something else happens, (which I really hope doesn't).
