Sea Creature?

Still haven't made up my mind if this is a dragon or a sea monster, but had a bit of spare time to work on it between research, which I might have to restart and focus on one thing as AAC is a huge topic to cover in an essay that is only supposed to be 1000 words long.

Almost done with the basic shading now, I think I just need to shade the yellow scales and then this section is finished *crosses fingers*
