Weekly Book Wrap Up

Image
A Dirty Job by Christopher Moore My rating: 3 of 5 stars Still your typical funny and odd Moore book, just a bit predictable and full of horrible cliches. You knew who "death" was pretty much from the beginning, but that could have been to make how clueless the main character is more apparent. Mutant Bunny

Image
This started out cute and while I still think its cute, the bunny has mutated slightly lol Too many radiated carrots maybe? This was just supposed to be a quick little thing so I could get use to the controls on Sculptris, so didn't want a lot of detail. I just couldn't help myself and turned him into a bunny creature, still cute tho :)

Eagle Owl #2

Image
The Eagle Owl has 2 eyes now, and yes I know they are not level but he has his head twisted slightly which angles the lines of his eyes up. He could have been a she, not sure actually. Females are bigger than the males but there isn't much difference between them beside the ear tufts of males sometimes standing up straighter but I am not a falconer so really have no idea.

Attack of the Garden Tap Update

Image
Days after tripping and falling onto the garden tap, my eye isn't really swollen but there are a few bruise lines on it. Could be a lot worse, could look like I've done a few rounds with Tyson in the ring. Thankfully you actually can't see this with my glasses on so am not getting asked what happened and then having to explain I tripped and hit my head on a garden tap lol

Hop Hop Hop

Decided to make a cute tubby bunny in Sculptris . It is very simple and probably wont be pink when I am finished, but I might be in a pink art mood. I wanted to keep the bunny cute so decided to just use spheres to build up the body instead of molding every part. It needs a bit more work to add details and probably a bit more modeling, but I am liking how it looks so far. Sculptris is free and pretty easy to use, can be a little buggy but its worth trying if a person wants to get started with 3D modeling.
