Fuzzydragons

I had to cartoon half of Sky, it just needed to be done lol

Almost ready to start shading the wolf. So much fur detail to etch, not as much detail as when I etch a bird, but still lots of fur to etch so he looks fuzzy. He could be a she, didn't get close enough to look lol

There is an art challenge going around on twitter and instagram where you take a selfie of yourself and make a toon version of yourself with half of the photo. I'm going to create the dog next as I have more practice making cartoon animals over making cartoon humans lol

This week has been so busy but I'm not that sure why lol So behind on blogs and youtube videos but did manage to get this tiny birb finished lol :) pretty happy with how it turned out.

I started to paint a Kestrel with a limited palette in Painter. Really like how he is looking and made a video of the painting process to go with it.

This recipe is my grandmother's on my father's side. There use to be more of them but over time they got lost, but dad gave me this since I was at the time the only one who baked anything. I remember having these all the time when at the rare times we would get together at Xmas. I want to make them now, but am having a hell of a time finding shortening.

Haven't used pastels for awhile so need to get some practice in :)

He has ears now lol. This is a lot of fur to have to etch and I haven't even started to really shade him yet.
