9/365 Originally uploaded by fuzzydragons Went to St.Cyrus today, crossing our fingers that the rain would let off or we would be getting pretty wet. Thankfully by the time we got there, the rain had turned to a few drops and the crazy one could go sniff all the rabbit holes everywhere. At least she didn't see a rabbit, even tho it would have been a funny site to see her drag Mr.F after one :p As usual Sky was terrified to go into the water, but eventually she jumped in after Mr.F to get her ball....but then was side swiped by a giant lab/retriever :p She can get some speed up when she wants to. I am really thinking of getting her into flyball when she is a bit older since she loves chasing her ball :) One wet happy dog later :) And Dunnottar Castle . Now if I had of known we could have taken Sky there on her lead, we would have went there today. But since a lot of places don't allow dogs I didn't think we could. At least I know now that we can so hopefully we go here som...

So she is still here, settling in (more like running around and around and around :p). It is getting easier to feed her, and she lets me pet her now when I feed her without growling or snapping. We make her sit and wait for the food before we let her have it and that seems to be helping a lot thankfully. I don't understand why the last people could not get her house trained. She knows where the door is and wakes me up when she needs to go out. Yes she is still a puppy, so accidents will happen, but it has been very easy to get her house trained. There are really only 2 things that need to be worked on besides basic puppy training. Car chasing and nipping. Which are collie traits. Great. :p The nipping thing I am slowly working on, but I think the chasing issue will take a long time to correct. We try to get her to sit when we see a car, and then wait. But as soon as the car goes by she moves as if to chase it. If the car if going in the same direction as us on a walk, I can sometim...

So, so far I have only missed 4 days of taking photos , but thats better then I thought I would do lol. Thought I would stop after a week, and while I have forgotten a few times to take a photo and am running around the small flat trying to find something to take a picture of (don't think a picture of a freckle would be appreciated...hmm wait a minute, is that a normal shape? :p), it is starting to become a habit. Which helps take my mind off of other things. Just need to remember to take the camera with me so I can get pictures outside of the flat. I have come to the conclusion that I miss playing a musical instrument. Not that I would have won any prizes playing, but I did enjoy it. Too bad most instruments are not cheap :/ No room for a piano, not sure if I could make a noise with a flute anymore (and don't want to deal with the bandcamp jokes from people), and a trumpet isn't always the easiest thing to play to hit those high notes. So I've decided to try another 365. But this time I'm not going to focus on one theme, I figure if I just make it a goal to take one picture a day it might be easier to actually take 365 photos. Thats not to say that the cow wont ever make an appearance, but its not going to be another attempt at a 365 with the cow (which worked well for 100 pictures and then trying to think of an idea was starting to be a struggle). I probably wont be putting all of the photos here, so I set up another journal here to put them on. I actually like the way that site is laid out, easy to use and lots of nice photos from other people to look at. Really hoping that all the melting snow and ice has a chance to disappear before it freezes again or we will all be using skates to get food. And while I can skate, its been awhile. I'm sure it would at least be amusing to other people trying to watch me learn again :p (until they realize I've forgotten how to stop and I start taking people out li...
