Blown Away

For some odd reason I thought hey, lets go to the beach. Yes, I felt like getting soaked to the skin and snowed on :p
Some feathers :D Still need the peacock feathers, even tho, someone in class told me it was bad luck to put peacock feathers inside. Never heard that before. Any ideas?

  1. The look on your face is priceless.
As for the whole peacock thing, never heard of it. I had an entire peacock's worth of tail feathers in a vase, in my bedroom growing up, nothing bad happen so I think your safe :)

    1. I'd never heard it was bad luck either, but don't believe in that stuff anyway

  2. Very blustery!! Yes, peacock feathers here are generally bad luck all round. Only if you believe that though.

  3. Bit breezy, was it? Tad chilly too? Where are the swimming in bikinis photo?

I don't care about the peacock feather bad luck stuff. I have a huge vase of feathers with 100 eyes. And one here on my desk in front of me. Hang on, maybe that explains everything.....

  4. Your wind blown hair reminds me of why I always say to the kids - Don't ever let me cut my hair short again! And yet I went and cut my hair short again a few days ago. lol

I haven't heard about the peacock feathers bringing bad luck if kept indoors either. I had a large floor vase filled with peacock feathers in my bedroom for years. They were actually good years for me too so I can't confirm the bad luck superstition is true.
