3D Dog Update #4

Finished the base model for the dog. I need to try a different method for the fur next, the fibermesh option, which only makes sense if you have used ZBrush before.

I might paint the model, probably with Substance Painter which I haven't actually used before but looks really cool.

I wasn't going for a really realistic looking dog, something more like a cartoon version of a dog, so big feet were a must.

    I am fascinated, Jennifer. Are these done through the 3D printing process? I have scrolled back through different stages but not computer literate enough to know if I am seeing a screen or a dimensional dog. Save me, please!!!

Summer of Colour #3

This weeks colours for The Summer of Color are 2 purples and a yellow and this is what I did with them. Not my favorite colours so really racked my brain trying to think how I could use them and which bird to use. Decided to go with a juvenile Golden Eagle since I don't have any photos of a purple bird :p I think I prefer the black background, the yellow seems to stand out more against it. Which do you prefer?
