March Meet the Maker 2019 Prompt #26

Prompt #26 is 'Self Care' Like time off?? Whats that? Between artwork and my masters at uni I don't have time for self care. I need to read these for research for my dissertation plus a lot more books and journals lol

    I'm not your mom, but I am someone's mom, so it's OK to tell you to MAKE TIME for yourself. Please try to spoil yourself a little, especially when you're so busy :)

      lol Chris :) i do tend to play a game when I eat breakfast, so do get a break for 20 minutes lol honstly I like being busy :)

Summer of Colour #3

This weeks colours for The Summer of Color are 2 purples and a yellow and this is what I did with them. Not my favorite colours so really racked my brain trying to think how I could use them and which bird to use. Decided to go with a juvenile Golden Eagle since I don't have any photos of a purple bird :p I think I prefer the black background, the yellow seems to stand out more against it. Which do you prefer?
