Summer of Colour #3
This weeks colours for The Summer of Color are 2 purples and a yellow and this is what I did with them. Not my favorite colours so really racked my brain trying to think how I could use them and which bird to use. Decided to go with a juvenile Golden Eagle since I don't have any photos of a purple bird :p I think I prefer the black background, the yellow seems to stand out more against it. Which do you prefer?
love the colours.

this is interesting. i really don't know what vector is but interesting to watch.
ReplyDeleteIn a nutshell you get 2 kinds of computer graphics - Raster and Vector
DeleteA photograph is a raster image, if you try to enlarge it. it will pixelate as your enlarging the size of the pixels to make the image larger, thus it looks "blocky". It stores the details about every pizel in the image, which makes them larger.
Vector images however are in their simplest form, a coilection of start and end points with shape type and the relevant coordinates, which means you can draw something tiny and enlarge it to an enormous size without distortion. Very commonly used for stuff like CAD (Computer Aided Design) drawings, if you ever use AutoCAD or similar the start and end points I mention above, become apparent when your drawing with CAD packages, to the extent that some can type in a drawing and the package will translate that into an image, but thats not very common as people are generally more visual,
Does that explain things at all?
Love him! Great job on your YouTube channel - love the intro music and those twirling petals!!!
