I don't know how many bags I have, they are stuffed everywhere :p I have...5 pairs of shoes and only wear 2 of them :p 3 wedge pair, this is one left foot of one pair, a pair of sandals and my work boots I was married in. I would love to wear these, but they are pretty shiny and tall :p I can hardly walk in my sandals. hmm maybe one day I will wear them and cross my fingers I don't fall :p For more eye spy head here This weeks theme chosen by Anastasia

something cuddly :) and my winnie the poo pjs :p We can't remember how to rotate the video so sorry for the cramped necks. (yes I am 28, why do you ask? :p) I tried to get this up last night but it wasn't loading :/ For more eye spy go here . This weeks theme was picked by Bek If I disappear for a few days its because we are changing the net over, so cross your fingers that goes right when it happens. Still trying to figure out what I want to do with my site. I have an idea for the blog that could mean I don't really need my site just the address but not sure if it will work. So lots of messing around with HTML coming up....Mr.F will probably get roped into helping again with that. Need to put that computer degree to work somehow :p (he says he is hiding)

my/our bed. Bought from Ikea. I have a love hate relationship with Ikea. Love the stuff there but hate actually going there. I end up feeling like a rat in a maze. Toss in dozens of screaming children, people pushing to get by, unhelpful staff, and trolley boys who hit you with the trolleys its my idea of hell :p On the plus side the mattress is really comfortable :D And I love the colours you can get for the bed sets. One problem with that though. We had to stock up on bed sets last time we were in Canada as the sizes for the duvet covers are different here. And Ikea mattresses here are different sizes too, the only thing we can find to fit it comes from Ikea :/ But they are high thread count so are comfy too :) And the matress almost blew off the car driving back :p Probably should have either rented a van or picked a day when the wind wasn't blowing at 70plus mph :p More Eye Spy here :)

96/365 11.10.09 Originally uploaded by fuzzydragons My favourite corner of the house. The corner my desk sits in I guess would be my favourite in the house (ok maybe the bed would be my favourite but I might be saying that because I need a nap :p). Its where I draw, where a lot of my pencils are and where my laptop sits (and while I won't name a car, I am not against naming my laptop, haven't yet but if I could think of a name I would :p) I need a bigger desk, but then again I would just end up with a bigger pile of clutter :p Mr.F put up a bunch of shelves for my pencils and books. The books are starting to take over our small flat :p Soon not going to have room to walk. But I'm fine with that, a person can never have too many books :D (and could always just use the books as furniture). The one big downside to this corner is that we turned my desk to fit the couch in the room (small flat, our yard is bigger :p), and now I look at a blank blue wall. hmm ne...

My front door. Which is just a plain door, nothing special. Weighs a ton and when some arse (not Mr.F) lets their flat door slam shut, the dishes in the kitchen rattle. The joys of flat life :p See the ugly green paint, reminds me of a hospital :p And you have to love the plaster job on the left. Had to fight to actually get the holes left from when the doors were replaced filled. Fixed now at least :) The council is going to paint the hall, not sure what colour. Probably the same green :p (what ever is cheap. hey could end up multicoloured :p) And the inside. See plain, not exciting door. A doorbell that you could hear down the street. Ignore the right side that everyone forgot to put wallpaper on or paint until everything was put away :p I hate wallpaper. Next time we decorate, we are not wallpapering. Going to stick to paint no matter how crooked the walls are. And they are pretty crooked here :p  (not as crooked as this door lol) For more Eye Spy go here This weeks t...

76/365 21.09.09 Originally uploaded by fuzzydragons Something I shouldn't eat but do anyway :p (favourite food would work) Kind of a long theme lol Cindy has picked me to choose a theme for Eye Spy this week, so thats my choice. Could be your favourite chocolate bar, some decadent dessert or a 5 course meal that leaves you so full you can't move :p Hopefully not something that if you eat you end up in the hospital though o.0 I have a huge sweet tooth, which is a bad thing :p And made worse with the fact that chocolate taste sooo much better here. I am trying not to eat a lot of sweet things but every once and awhile I have something sweet. Mr.F's parents are giving us an early anniversary/xmas present. A little bit of money to try to buy a cheap car. But I am going insane hearing about car parts :p I'm not a car person at all. As long as it runs and isn't a van I don't really care lol (Mr.F in the background *goes to look for a van*):p

a season's change. Truthfully I don't really notice a season change this time of year. If it wasn't for the fact that it starts getting colder and we have to start turning the lights on earlier (and in a few weeks, by 2 in the afternoon they will have to be turned on or we will be walking around in the dark :/), I wouldn't notice it turning to fall. Not a lot of the leaves around here change colour and when they do if you blink you would miss them :p I did think it was strange the first winter I was here that the grass was such a vivid shade of green. Its odd seeing bright green grass in the winter when you are use to seeing brown brittle snow covered lawns. I guess I could say seeing the flowers all dead in their pots could be seen as a season's change. But really who wants to see a bunch of dead rotting flowers? So have a picture of the beach at St.Cyrus that Mr.F took the other day. For more Eye Spy head here This weeks theme was chosen by Lisa

54/365 30.08.09 Originally uploaded by fuzzydragons something soothing... obviously not that drink :p that does the opposite and I don't drink them very often but once and awhile they are good (and really handy when I need to stay up and get something done...) I find drawing soothing. Even if its just a simple sketch. I can let my mind go blank and not have to worry about anything other then what colour to use next. Not all the time, but when there is a connection to what I am drawing, the day just flys by and I forget what was bugging me, of course when that happens no cleaning happens :p meh who needs clean dishes July Group Sketch #1 Copyright Jennifer Rose Phillip A quick little sketch for the sketch group . Hopefully people can read the writing, as my writing is pretty hard to read at the best of times lol For more Eye Spy check out here :)

40/365 16.08.09 Originally uploaded by fuzzydragons something red. Very hard to find something red in our flat. Even though I look good in red, I don't actually have any red clothes. So I had to have a little search to find even one red thing. Think the hat is a little bit too big for the cow though lol This hat fits but its so windy here that it usually blows off of my head :/ A little red jewellery box I bought when I was working at the dollar store (a job I actually did like even with the cranky old ladies who absolutely must have the perfect smelling lavender candle, or the little teenyboppers who kept trying to nick stuff and would go running out of the store because I would follow them around asking if they needed help so they wouldn't steal. [and really if you are going to steal, steal something other then $1 mascara and $1 scissors, because the makeup is going to stain your face and you will look like a raccoon, and the scissors were blunt :p]) A little red dragon that...

an inspiration. :D ok seriously I don't really know what exactly inspires me. More then one thing does, and more often then not it is things that give me drawing ideas. Maybe its the artist in me but I do have a hard time not looking at something and not getting some type of drawing idea (which isn't a bad thing unless of course its something dead, and even then some artists find inspiration in that) , narrowing down a few things that inspire was actually harder then I thought it would be. I love flowers, their shapes, colours and smell. Even the bees that use them for food are inspiring to watch. There are so many flowers I want to draw, just not enough time to draw them all. The grace of birds inspires me and makes me want to have wings to fly. I would even love fake ones to wear lol hey that would be a cool project to try. Human sized wings made with fake feathers of course but different coloured ones. And when I see the view around here it makes me want to paint it. The sk...

26/365 02.08.09 Originally uploaded by fuzzydragons a collection. This weeks theme was chosen by Liesl . For more Eye Spy head over here :) Spot the skeebie :D I tried to think of what I collect besides pencils :p I do have some dragons but not as many as some people might think. I do have lots of Eeyores though. The big Eeyore is huge! At least 17 inches tall, kinda creepy if its sitting on the couch at night. Looks like a small person sitting in the dark :p Good thing its not though because the first time I saw it in the dark I jumped and chucked a book at it :p yes I felt stupid lol And the Halloween sketches next to Deuce's eye. A dragon in a pumpkin and some dragons and a haunted house. I haven't drawn houses since High School so its a good thing this isn't going to be a realistic house. All crooked angles and rotten boards. Then again I have seen houses like that around here :p

beauty :) I fell in love with New Zealand, I thought it was a gorgeous place and most of the people I met where really nice. There was that one car that flipped us off, even when they were in the wrong but other then that no problem :p This was a really great place to visit. The beach covered with these boulders is a wonderful site :) And this bay was a gorgeous place to stay but nothing there besides the bay which is fine but when you didn't really bring any food you can't stay that long. I think we ate crackers and cheese and drank lots of tea because it was free :p I want to go back so bad I am probably sounding like a broken record lol one day *crosses fingers* This weeks theme chosen by Stacey . singercow Originally uploaded by fuzzydragons something that I should use. My old singer sewing machine which does work but I have no idea how to use it lol The manual is huge and it does weigh a ton so doesn't make for ease of transport. (the machine weighs a ton, not the manual, even though you could probably knock someone out with the manual, or at the very least give them really bad papercuts :p) Its pretty old, made in 1939. This is a handy little page to find out the dates of any machines you have. I just love all the detail on the metal plate on the side/front, and the fact that it still works after such a long time really does say a lot for the brand. more eye spy here and this weeks theme was chosen by The Bird Bath

eyespyjuly5b Originally uploaded by fuzzydragons something I love (or hate) about my suburb. (picked by ellieboo ) I love being able to see the mountains from almost anywhere in town :) Pictures really don't do the view justice. Only been up there when there has been snow on the mountains, very cold but really pretty :) On a good day you can see more mountains, and on a bad day you can't see anything and would get lost walking around up there in the fog. I love being so close to the sea that on some days you can smell the sea in the air :D I love the history. I don't just mean old buildings, but the history of an area, the people that lived there. How a place came to be or ceased to be in some cases. I do love seeing all the old buildings (of which there are a lot in town), the detail that went into some of them is amazing and actually makes me sad that a lot of buildings that are made today are pretty much cookie cutter houses that look the same. I hate (which is a strong ...

a sign. This week theme was chosen by Jenaveve over at August Street Signs from our walk the other day, just your everyday signs nothing special (and trust me, I looked for odd signs but couldn't find any). The bane of almost all the drivers in the area. They don't slow people down, and you get the neds in their cars seeing how fast they can go over them and how much air they can get. I did have to laugh though when one went over a speed bump on their moto and did a face plant :p serves you right I've actually seen a caravan parked here so the sign doesn't work :p What are they killer lorries? Going to run us down for blood? I don't want to! :p I will have to ask Mr.F if these are the buses that have a habit of catching on fire o.0 Kirriemuir, better known to me as Peter Pan land because I can't pronounce it :p So its either on the right or its in hell, one or the other :p (its actually a really nice place :D ) I wish there was the same thing for cats :/ Not tha...

finally opened! Originally uploaded by fuzzydragons Something that is blooming :) Finally :p I had no idea what colour this rhododendron was going to be but it turned out to be a really pretty colour. Shame its not ours :p (apparently you can take cuttings from them and they will grow but it can be hard sometimes :/) I took a lot of photos of this flower so will definitely be drawing one in the future :) And Eye Spy... a scar (because not everyone lives in a place where it is spring right now and I couldn't make up my mind which one to choose. Go with the first one if it works better for you :) )) I was born with an extra finger on my left hand, was taken off when I was around 3 I think. Wish I still had it :) The scar has faded a bit the past few years but I don't think it will ever go away. There are pictures of me somewhere where you can see the finger but its so small you probably wouldn't notice it unless someone pointed it out. When you put both my hands side by side...

My morning ritual....a shower :p (themed picked this week by Angie ) I don't really have anything special I do in the morning but if I don't have a hot shower in the morning I am dead the rest of the day (hot as in boiling. Mr.F has no idea why I don't have third degrees burns on me by the time I am done :p). I honestly don't really have a rituals in the morning as we don't have any dogs to let out, any kids to deal with and I work from home so can start work whenever I want lol Mr.F's grandfather did the lovely tile job in the bathroom :) which goes really nice with the paint colour and the tiles didn't cost us a thing as we had won £96 on the lotto the week before :) I love the electric shower. If someone flushes the loo the temperature never changes, well it does for a second if the washer kicks on which can be a little shocking. Boiling hot water to freezing cold :p bit of cursing coming from the bathroom when that happens. For more Eye spy head over her...

My karaoke song. I listen to a lot of music so picking one song that I would sing is hard. And I don't drink so would never be drunk enough to get up on stage and sing lol but if I had to I would probably sing this and get tongued tied doing it :p And of course this song lol I really like this cover version of this song, hard to match the original though but I think Pink comes close sometimes :) More Eye Spy here :)

Eye Spy...green Originally uploaded by fuzzydragons Something green :) Mr.F's little veggie patch is growing well. He put some stakes in the ground for the beans (yuck!) and the peas to help them. The strawberry plants are growing new leaves and the onions are growing like weeds :p There is a Dahlia bulb in the ground before those stakes in the front. I don't know if it will get as big as the one last year, but it might as the soil is deeper here and its full of all kinds of plant food (bone meal stinks :/) The little veggie patch looked like this at the end of April but with all the rain we have had this past week everything has grown A LOT. The rain last night was insane! A river of water flowing down the street. Really neat to see, but its shredded a lot of the flowers that came early this year :/ These were all right as they are right beside the house so were protected. See that bundle of sticks in the top of the picture? Thats what I tripped over last week. Don't ask ...

eyespy reading Originally uploaded by fuzzydragons What are you reading now. I read a lot. I usually have more then one book going at a time. It all depends on what I feel like reading. You have got chicklit (none this time) for the times when I just don't want to think :p your mysteries when I want to think and the odd which is pretty much everything else I read :p I started reading Sunset Song but I just can't get into it. I'm going to try again but probably wont finish it. I don't waste time on a book if it doesn't grab my attention within a few chapters. There are so many books out there that I could be reading why spend time reading ones that I find boring and dull? *side note* When Mr.F was a kid and saw a sign for the Gibbon centre , he wondered why there was a centre for Grassic Gibbons (what are Grassic Gibbons?) in Scotland ;p (in all fairness he says he didn't know about the author at the time) More Eye Spy here
